Here's How to List your Property with Us.

Prices & Packages

Real Estate Agencies and Corporate Clients:

To list your property, you may create account, using Agent Login Form. New user account will be created. We will contact you and use e-mail you provided to activate your agent account. We will also send you password for your account which could be changed using Property Agent Menu. After activation, you will be able to add, change and edit your own properties at any time. After property added or modifyed, our staff will approve  and post it, this usually takes 12-18 hours.

Option 1.

We offer 3 options for listings. Premium listings could be paid, using PayPal or bank deposit at any branch of Kasikorn Bank, or by money transfer. For corporate customers and real estate agencies, we offer commission based listing services. Please contact us for details.

Option 2.

Agent Packages (Multiple Listings) Agents who subscribe to an Agent Package will also receive Agent Profile page free of charge.

How to Modify Your Listing

All Registered Agents, can modify the information in a published listing, by logging to their account and edit listings directly, upload photograph, etc. We kindly ask you to remove listing when property is sold.

Individual Listings

To list your property, please contact us by e-mail and include detailed property description, price, and your contact e-mail and telephone number. If you select Premium Listing, we will provide you with payment details. After payment is received, our staff will add and post your listing; this usually takes 12-18 hours. Free listings are automatically removed after 30 days. We will not notify you when listings are removed, but keep it offline for 30 days. If you wish to continue listing your property, it will be activated after payment is received.
